Wait for the 2020’s OP. The V8 comes back in the Raptor’s. Will be a 7.0 this time
doubt this will happen.

What do you plan on purchasing for your Baja racing? An El Camino?

I have a lift with 35s on my f150. Gets me to my hunting spot every season.

My all-terrains got me to my hunting spot the entire time I used my truck for that. I never, ever got stuck. Take care of your roads and there's really no reason to have ridiculous sized tires except for show.

I stand corrected. If I had $75K to blow I’d buy one. I’m looking at a Tundra for my next truck though.

A friend of mine put a deposit down on a 2020 Raptor a month ago. I’m jealous as hell.

Damn, Raptors aren’t as pricey as I thought. Still a bit much for me.

I ordered mine with the last ticket that dealer could order in 2014. I was able to get it down 1k from MSRP. While a rival dealer was wanting 10k over.

Raptor is bad arse. I’d buy a Roush though if I were looking to tow a boat.

Denali XL is the better tow vehicle. I would not trust the Ecoboost in the Raptor to tow often. Too many issues with the engine. They live in the service department. If you are hard set on a Raptor, you will need Deavers rear springs, or air bags. Will help with the load. I have both, but have a Gen 1 Raptor with the V8. It has the 3/4 ton drivetrain, so can tow most anything, if equipped right.

Ah you have the V8 then? I’m paranoid about ecoboost long term reliability but I recognize the awesome performance
