For once, I wish we would be considered innocent until proven guilty, in real life. Because saying someone isn't trustworthy enough to carry concealed without paying for the right doesn't exactly fall within the spirit of that, does it?

What you think is irrelevant. Does the constitution say you get your rights taken away if you are a felon? Is that in the 2nd amendment? Not to be infringed, right?

No, but SCOTUS has.
Felons lose the right of freedom too, if so sentenced.
Lots of constitutional protections can be lost by felons, including the loss of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Philzilla2k already answered you so I won't repeat him, but I'm curious. Why do you support felons being able to carry. Without quoting the constitution please. Why do you as a person feel good about the idea of convicted felons carrying guns?
