I think so.
4-What they did to get suspended? (please be specific and factual)
I'm not sure what happened.
5-Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4?
Probably not.
6-A pledge not to break any rule in the future
He will never again what he did to get banned.
7-Lavish praise for the Admin team (limited to three sentences)
He appreciates the fine work you and the admins do keeping this place operational.
