For $10,000, could you eat an entire gallon of mayonnaise?

I'm in the process of putting together a promotional challenge for a sponsor. I need to gauge the OT's interest and generate some feedback. The legal wording and issues will be worked out separately.
The stipulations for the contest are as follows:
1. You must ingest an entire gallon of **Brand X** mayonnaise in one hour.
2. You will be provided with unlimited water and white sandwich bread. You are not obliged to consume any, but it's available if you so choose.
3. You may not go to the bathroom for any reason at any time.
4. You must refrain from vomiting for fifteen minutes after you've completed the challenge.
5. You must allow yourself to be videoed and forfeit all rights and claims associated with your appearance.
Upon successfully completing the challenge, the prize will be paid in cash immediately to the winner. Failure to comply with any and all stated stipulations of the challenge will result in immediate disqualification and no prize will be awarded.
Would you attempt such a challenge? Do you think anyone could successfully complete it?

If you put some seasoning and Worcestershire in it, there are plenty here I bet that wouldn't bat an eye. They love some Canes sauce like crack to a crackhead.

It's certainly, "possible" for the stomach to ingest a gallon over that time period. Now, whether it's a good idea or not is a totally different subject.

Check the professional eaters website or something. They do eat mayo as one of their contests. I'd make sure you don't have a pro come in and clean you out if a gallon is too easy.

The $10,000 is after taxes. Sponsor is willing to pay those.
