Food stamp card leads to arrest for possession of meth

Can’t believe this guy has to rely on food stamps

While patrolling, Grant Parish Deputy Kerri Null and Corporal T.C. Vice located someone walking on Hwy. 71 in the Bagdad community. When they stopped to check to see if he was okay or needed a ride, he ran into the woods, dropping a black case. Inside of the case was an identification card and a food stamp card identifying the person as Donald Cook. Also inside of the case was crystal methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe. Donald Cook, 28 years old, of 1518 Dupree Road, Tioga, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (crystal methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting an Officer, and 2 counts of Contempt of Court.

They stopped him to see if he was up to no good, which they profiled him based on his own @$$headed decisions to permanently paint his face. Regardless of him being “dirty”, this police report, IF written that they stopped to see if he needed a ride, is a criminal act itself.
