A good lawyer will have this throw out. He wasn’t in possession of the meth and unless they have video of him dropping the case there’s no way to tie him to it.

In reality, what are the chances this guy was looking for legit work?
I would say that the face and neck tats have more of an effect on his ability to find honest work than Mexicans or Central Americans taking the jobs
