We don't need details, everyone knows what's involved when it comes to food poisoning, but I do feel your pain. I got that shite from eating a shitty meat pie from the walmart deli.
I ate it then about two hours later I started feeling bad then it went down hill from there. It lasted about 2.5 days, but it was horrible.

This. It's usually what you ate several hours or even days ago that caused you to be sick....not the last thing you ate.

That's what I thought, as well. When I see people talking about food poisoning, I always think, "Poor restaurant."
I remember a few months back cussing Mellow Mushroom Mediterranean Pizza leftovers in my mind, only to eventually find out that I had Flu B.

Yeah I've been dealing with it since yesterday. fricking cramps are the worst. I don't remember cramps the last time I had food poisoning. I just wanted to take a runny shite all day and nothing would come out. I finally put my feet on my sons step stool while on the throne and the gate fricking opened. I feel much better now.
It sucks because I was supposed to go to Atlanta this weekend. Oh well.

Yeah, he just got sick off of some bad food or has a bug. REAL food poisoning will put you in the hospital......for days sometimes.
Still feel sorry for the guy. I just don't think it is actually "food poisoning." A lot of people make that mistake.

I've only had it once...and once was enough. I had that light headed-about to black out feeling for almost 2 days I was so dehydrated. I'd drink a glass of water and 10 min later it would come right back up. Fever, chills, constant explosions from both ends. It was horrible. When I finally got back to work people were telling me I had noticibly lost weight.

It's bad really bad, but only lasted like 36 hours both times I had it. Didn't think it went on longer than that

There's a difference though. Food poisoning can wreck you for 24-36 hours (I just take liquid craps for 24 hours). Stomach flu/virus is the devil dropping out of your butthole, raw dogging you on the way out, and taking out all the fluids of your body while emitting a faucet on/off sound.
