Well this explains things... This is the third one of these I can remember in the last two years in Baton Rouge. What is up with "playing with guns in cars" and shooting people on accident?

Seymore was “playing with a hand gun” in the back seat of a vehicle and accidentally shot Briana Hornsby as she was driving in the 10900 block of Florida Boulevard, McKneely said

Just because they all have guns doesn't mean they are experts on guns. That's why we see so many people, who were not intended targets, getting shot.
