I haven’t seen anyone get pulled over speeding in Jax on 95/10 in years and I drive 10 every day to and from work. But you’re right, if you’re going below 85 someone will creep up on you until you get over.

Texas, Florida and Alabama it's 9. I keep cruise on 9 over and fly by cops. Those are 3 great states for speeding.
