Florida drivers = wow

just drove from ohio to Florida for the first time, and holy hell, florida drivers are crazy impatient. i thought i was going at a decent speed of 77mph (can't really go faster in ohio w/o getting pulled over), but everyone kept blazing past me, going 85+ on I-95 south of jacksonville. after some time, i said f*ck it, and drove w/ traffic and was doing 95 for a good 5 minutes 
i thought chicago drivers were impatient... they're nothing compared to floridians. these guys tailgated the sh*t outta me when i was in the speed lane going less than 83
barely even saw any cops down here, including barely any in south carolina and georgia, considering how much traffic there was, which is weird (from someone born/raised in the midwest)

Try the interstates around Detroit... during drive time... when it is raining or snowing... and it is getting dark. The worse the conditions the faster they go.

i figured that out after the 2nd hour when i crossed from georgia to florida. like i said, first time i've been to florida. sue me. i kept waiting for there to be cops between the adjoining highways like I'm used to seeing in ohio, indiana, michigan, illinois, etc

loved the fact that it went from 2 lanes in south carolina to 3 immediately as i crossed to georgia, and then 4/5 in florida. good stuff
saw a few signs for buc-ees, never been to one, but heard they have decent food. is it a must to stop at one?

Drive 95 South from Savannah to Jacksonville last weekend at 4am. Put cruise in 80 and never tapped my brakes until 10. frick 10 from Florida to Louisiana is miserable.

On the interstate between Austin and Dallas all three lanes were doing 83. I tried to leave a little space between me and the guy in front of me, but everytime I did soTmeone moved over into it. They did it so many times I ended up back in Dallas where I began. Nervous at crap.

85 mph is my cruising speed. Next time move out of my lane you pansy.
