Flipphones. Any still use their post beeper devicce?

If my neighbor only knew the Feds sat in my house for long while a few years back because he was being given a recommendation for so and so. The guy was on a flip phone with a Make America Great Again hat on In a Ford Taurus looking at me like I was crazy for looking at him drive into his drive way. Flip phone? Decoy?
