i'm beginning to wonder if the poors view the walmart fattycap carts as free go-carts.

Some of her other arrest records show her as 25 years old and 4 feet tall. Her FB shows her as tiny.
While I think she stole, I know she did not eat almost a whole chicken plus all the other stuff.
