FL woman makes a run to the border to set another woman on fire

Williams ran away and the victim was taken to a hospital by helicopter with serious injuries. As of Friday, the victim was still being treated, police said.

Think about it: given today's "let's accomodate everyone's mental illness" climate, guy here identifies as female and gets thrown in a female prison. Then proceeds to bang all the female prisoners.
