It’s definitely on my todo list.
LA Renfest is a great time but I hear it’s small in comparison to Texas. Wife and I go every year and have a great time though. Renfair people really party.

It’s up around Tomball, north of Houston.
It’s been about 10 years since I last went, but it was a blast. It’s pretty well attended - usually a long procession of cars trying to get in - but it’s a huge site…dwarfs the La Renfest site.
