I did go to the doctor today, it is the flu. I haven't had it since the 5th grade.

It's not as bad as I thought it would be, just fever, headaches, and body aches.

I am actually lucky it is the flu because the doctor was about to admit me to the hospital for cat-scans and a spinal tap.

Here is the thread I started last night to the doctors of the OT LINK

For some stupid reason, I didn't get one this year and I get them for free at work.

Yeah I'm 27 and I've never been sick beyond a 1-day stomach bug

Hate the flu. I haven't had the flu in 12 or 13 years now and I can still remember how crappy I felt for those 2 weeks.

Hope you feel better soon

The flu hasn't changed much in the past 35 years. It still sucks.

This. I would think one of the nurses working at where you live would have administered it. Your grand kids must have went cheap when stuck you in that home.

It might be serious and causing memory loss or attention whore disorder since he is posting the same info he already did in the first thread he started about it!

Congratulations
My 38 healthy streak is still alive!
I've never even had a cold.

And I'm the only person I know that's only been to hospital only twice. Broken collar bone playing baseball both times....

Flu is definitely in a final surge... In virginia we had mostly type A in winter, now we are seeing all type B.

Hopefully you only have one of the milder strains of the flu.

I've never had a flu shot.

Last time I remember is 1989-90'.

I've had a few 24 hr puke/shite bugs.

eta:I'm 52 and have been to the ER twice.

1. Broken leg at 15.
2. Heat Stroke at 40.Admited for 3 days.
