Did you reach deep in your vagina and check for sand yet? For real though......if you aren't better in the morning go to the ER ASAP! You are old and that is not ok bro!

I don't want to scare you, but I know a guy in ICU right now that started with those symptoms a couple of days ago. Monitor your situation and if it worsens, get to the ER.

Go to your doctor tomorrow since you feel good enough to post on TD.

Lie flat. Touch your chin to your chest. If you can't, go to the ER. A little "home meningitis trick" for you.

And as for the AIDS, I've heard it said that the first symptom is often a rhythmic pounding in the arse rather than the head.

That's why I told him to go to his doctor. I wouldn't trust myself to be my own doctor. Nuh uh. frick that.

Heed the advice about stiff neck. If it gets stiff in the up and down direction then you need to go to the hospital. That paired with your current symptoms makes meningitis very possible.

A team of OT doctors has to be better than just one Dr.

Sounds like a flu. Start hitting the NyQuil like it owes you money and sleep the weekend away.

Sounds like it's worth a trip, or at the very least a phone call, to his PCP's office tomorrow. Hearing/seeing/knowing someone is worth way more than 3 symptoms on paper.

I can easily touch my chin to my chest while lying flat on the floor. Aleve does knock the fever down to 100 and helps with the aches.

No respiratory problems, no nausea, and no stiffness, just aches.
