What happens when their prescription runs out in the middle of a multiple day long patrol? And who's to say that every single one of them will take it? Is some pissed off platoon sergeant gonna go by every female and make sure they take it and take that time out of his day essentially holding their hands so they don't get pregnant when he could be training his Marines for combat?

Nah. frick these dudes. They just pissed that some women passed the same physical standards that they strapped to their own self identity and sense of masculinity.

Maybe they should just keep a tally of how many broads they've fricked and compare it to these women. (The women probably have fricked more broads than these swinging dicks)

At least they don't have periods though.

No...no, they didn't. Their Physical Fitness Test and Combat Fitness Test is much different and much easier than ours is. But nice try.

So how do you think this will play out?

For real, did your girlfriend not make it or something? You have a strange determination to argue against other posters who actually know what they are talking about. I'm not a marine but who are you to tell them what's up

This will keep going back and forth, IMO. A Republican will get in office and won't allow them into the infantry, then a Democrat will inevitably get elected and undo what the last president did, rinse repeat. This won't ever fully go away, which is disheartening.

Hopefully it won't take a catastrophe to prove a point.

Ok, well you're just picking one thing out of that entire post on the first page. What can be done about their bone density being less than men's? What can be done about the strongest of them being weaker than some of the weakest men in a given unit? What can be done about them being less emotionally fit for a combat environment?

Honestly, I would be thrilled to be wrong. If we ever went to war with a China or a Russia of the world, we'd need all the bodies we could get. But science and common sense would prove me right.

I can do it because the shite is happening no matter how many times they complain about the possibility of bears smelling period blood.

Higher ups are making these decisions so sorry the obvious short sighted anecdotal evidence of a couple of guys that have been a part of a unabashed mysogonistic part of our society doesn't cut it for me.

It takes data and real world implementation to prove or disprove the feasibility of women in a combat roll. Being a marine doesn't make you any more a social scientist than being a test monkey makes you a expert on viruses.

Honestly, I would figure a better reaction would be that they are proud to be a part of an organization that is so elite that very few people in society would try out much less pass the requirements to be a member. NO matter what is between their legs.

I'll thank a female marine just as much as I'll thank a male marine for their service. The title "marine" is more important than your gonads.

You stupid frick, the USMC higher ups gave the SoD the data, which pointed towards them not being fit for combat roles. The SoD said frick you, do it anyway. The whole them having periods and getting pregnant at a 100% better chance than men is just a part of the overwhelming evidence pointing against them in combat.

Go suck start a shotgun.

If we went to war with China or Russia it wouldn't be a long war, but I agree with what you are saying. Let's hope we never have to find out.

You're just like the people that swear gay "marriage" deminishes the definition of marriage.

Take pride in your own accomplishments and let the people making the real decisions lead the way to a future with or without female marines.

Yeah, protecting this nation from enemies, foreign and domestic, is more important than the title of Marine. Which, if females are allowed in the infantry, will not happen as efficiently or effectively, if at all.

Comparing combat to marriage is a stupid argument. Marriage is not a life and death situation. Fighting in combat is. Gtfo with your fem bullshite.

Yeah. Let's hope they don't get pregnant on the battlefield. God knows that big belly will get in the way a couple of hours after being. impregnated
