How in the frick is it even profitable to smuggle it anymore?
Who still it sneaks it in from Mexico when it's grown all over the United States?

You know where there is not a border patrol checkpoint?
Anywhere between La and Denver. He was going to the wrong spot to buy. He could of bought just as much and better quality from the black market in Colorado and not had to deal with the border patrol.

And you know this how? You are going to put yourself on some government agency's list.

Why the hell is anyone buying weed in Mexico these days? Domestic crops are by far and away superior and safer to smuggle. This guy deserved to get caught. Either he's not bright or he was in trouble with someone and doing a "favor."

You can't exactly walk in and say, "i'll take 150 lbs of your finest weed, sir"

If you can go to mexico and find 150 pounds of weed, you can find it in Denver or California
Just fly to OK, rent a car, go to CO, and drive back to Louisiana. Vehicles with really out of state plates get monitored a little more closely leaving Colorado borders.

Yeah that wouldn’t throw up red flags if you get stopped at all.

I was once pulled over by the Border Patrol in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Thank god they caught him. Can you imagine what would have happened if this stuff hit the mean streets of St. John the Baptist Parish?

I've driven to and from colorado dozens of times with LA plates in the last 4 years and never been stopped. Rarely see police outside cities in other states

Still profitible - Simpler days but do your remember when a quarter oz of columbian gold was $25 and a dime bag was $10? Heck, I just looked it up and the average cost per oz is $300 plus.

See? Teachers complain about their pay and just make everyone else's lives more miserable because of it. Firemen? They get out there and do something about it. The great american spirit at work
Thats because most teachers are liberals. Liberals are free-loaders. Teachers are complainers and always wanting a hand out.
