Not sure why it’s relevant that he supported trump?
The MAGA effort to conceal a Trump shirt from who knows how many years ago and try to spread the propaganda is more telling.

I mean the narrative from Trump himself that was peddled immediately after news of this broke was this was another radical leftist lunatic targeting and persecuting the Christian right with violence.
If that’s the narrative Trump and a lot of his vocal social media and news amplifiers want to try to push before any facts about the incident come out then it seems relevant when it turns out the perpetrator was actually a Trump supporter and self-described Christian.
The relevancy being yet again another example that it’s incredibly short sighted for the left or right to try to take the moral high ground on events like this. Plenty of people of all sorts of ideological persuasions are going to do terrible things in the coming years, and trying to label the violence as “leftist” or “fascist” does no one any favors in that it doesn’t address the root causes of it.

People in this very thread saw that fake photoshopped photo and immediately felt affirmation in their twisted beliefs. Then it’s proven 100% false and they still don’t really want to acknowledge it
