We need to establish a goal.

If using a desktop or laptop:
The key is to close out every tab that you have open. Open page 1 of this thread and click on the link which will in turn open a new tab. Click back on the original tab containing page 1 of this thread and hit enter. That should open a new tab w/o having to use your mouse. Continue to do this until you have about 20 tabs open. Then go one by one to each tab and vote. When the vote confirmation pops up simply hit enter again instead of using your mouse. When voting I use my left hand to click enter and my right hand to navigate between tabs. I found this extremely efficient. Others may have a better way

I use the paste method but if you want to use the multiple tabs method hold down control and click bj's face 20 times. the tabs will pop up a lot quicker. you dont have to toggle back and forth between the new tab and the original tab
