Think I'm the only person in the world that hated BB.
I gave it a season and a half because I heard such great things, but I had to quit watching. Didn't like it from the beginning, and it never got better. The entire show is nothing but depressing shite. Nothing good ever happens, no conflicts are ever resolved, it's just one shite situation that devolves into an even bigger shite situation. What does this show offer other than depression?

Anyone who puts BB in the same league as the wire or sopranos is fricking insane.
BB is really good, but it doesn't hold a fricking candle to those two.
Just finished BB a couple weeks ago. Like I said, it was really good, but it didn't come close to living up to the hype.

I never finished it. I think I watched the first 3 seasons. I watched just past the point when there was the big plane crash and then after that I just found myself watching it and wishes the episode would be almost over.. As if I was waiting for something to happen.. Then I just stopped watching.. I did watch episodes in later seasons, if it was on TV and nothing else was on.. I wouldn't say I hated it, but it was overrated.

Ho ho, right you are. You must be so much more learned and cultured than me because you enjoyed a show that I did not. Sorry I'm not tapped into my dormant sociopath side enough to enjoy watching a dysfunctional family fail at literally everything they do over and over - it undoubtedly means I'm just not intelligent enough to appreciate depressing shite.
I'll just enjoy my Modern Family and Full House reruns from now on. You well read, literary savant, you.
