If there is no fault involved, a divorce is pretty cut and dry. Paying a high price for a well respected attorney is stupid, IMO.

Your a selfish stupid prick for divorcing your wife because she doesn't pick up after herself. You have just ruined your kids life. I hope you enjoy your freedom. Good luck in the next relationship. O yeah, if you get divorced for anything other than sexual immorality on her part then your still married to her through God. Any other woman that you marry will be considered adultery because your still married to your first wife. You should have thought this through. Its one thing to burn with lust, it's another thing to burn in hell because you gave up on your marriage.

Agreed. It sucks when kids are involved, though. I still struggle with not being able to spend as much time with my kids.

That is hilarious. Pay a couple of thousand dollars to the catholic church, to say that the marriage that the priest performed, in their church, never happened...and the kids that you've had are bastards.
