The only way to combat the violent crime problem in inner cities is to make sure the hoodrats fear the consequences. Right now, they get to spend a few weeks with their homies in jail and then get released to do it again. If they were skinned alive and sealed in a barrel of lemon juice, in public, for all of their hoodrat friends to watch, then maybe that might be more of a deterrent.
The other way to handle it is to allow law abiding citizens to take care of the hoodrats but that will never, ever happen and would immediately be shot down as racist.
