It's not the desire to stay hydrated that is problematic but rather the idea that you need to carry around a literal gallon of water at all times to ensure that you meet your targeted daily fluid intake.

There has never been a point in my life where I saw someone carrying a gallon of water and thought to myself "that person must suck". Its something that is completely irrelevant to me. If I saw a chick carrying around a dildo or something, that is something that might strike my curiosity, but people can carry around whatever the hell they want, evidently its important enough for them to do it so stop being a bitch.

I swear, the OT worries about some of the dumbest shite. Who cares if someone wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle and drink a gallon of water a day? In order to get it done, sometimes you have to bring the jug along. Ever try to legitimately drink a gallon of water a day for only 7 days straight? shite is difficult af. People need to worry more about themselves than what other people are constantly doing.

Not really. It just offers more conversation pieces.

I haven't seen anyone carrying around a gallon jug of water lately, hope it's not coming back.

In a kinesiology class at LSU you can easily spot 10 1-gallon jugs at any moment.

I will say that just about every female that does it is fine as hell.

I never understood the hate for folks who use gallon jugs. Sure you probably won't use all of it in an hour or so workout, but what harm is being done to you? Y'all some petty losers.

That's what I used to use. It's a lot easier to deal with than a gallon jug would be and you can keep up with your intake just as easily.

Lot of triggered water drinkers in this troll OP. 6/10.

Maybe they are going to use the water to cook for their husband.

Do not say anything derogatory about women with big jugs.

Its incredibly douche, a liter bottle is fine. Its not like you are drinking that entire gallon in the next 60 minutes before you literally walk by 10 sources of water that you can refill you liter bottle.

Walking around with a gallon jug is just another way for insecure people to scream out HEY LOOK AT ME

That's always been my point. Why not just carry around a more manageable bottle that you can fit in a cup holder or a holster on a bag and just refill it multiple times?

Perhaps it is the math involved in converting fluid ounces to a gallon that is problematic. I know a number of people who have no idea how many fluid ounces are in a gallon.

I remember these people in college, it was always the guys who did like 25 reps on the bench before class and then carried around their gallons of water all day making as much noise with it as possible to make sure everyone saw them. Never saw any girls do it though thankfully.

Perhaps if you are in the wilderness or in a remote location without any water fountains, but how often are individuals in settings where there is no sink, fountain, or faucet available to simply refill a bottle or a cup?

What do you mean by "for only 7 days straight"? And how exactly is it difficult to drink a gallon of water? You fill up a shaker bottle six to seven times and you are done. It's not quite the laborious or time-consuming task people make it out to be.

Does something really need to be harmful to make it noteworthy, peculiar, or even bothersome?

Political bumper stickers don't inflict physical harm on an individual, but they are still ridiculous and a pet peeve for some people.

Women are incredibly clingy and gym rat women have very low self esteem, thats why many of them have to work out constantly to feel good about themselves. So belonging to a workout group and feeling good about it helps them feel great about themselves. Whatever works I guess.

So working out and being healthy shouldn't make women feel good about themselves?

Don't most insecure people try to avoid drawing attention to themselves?

Some people don't like drinking public water, with fracking going on. It's been found to poison some water supplies. They may prefer drinking spring or purified water, who cares?
