Zachary is a poster child for racial diversity. It is basically 50/50 and #1 School District in LA. Gravy Jr shouldn’t be tearing it down he should be promoting it.
It just shows that many blacks won’t even be happy with success. It should be a warning that there is no solutions to some people’s problems.

Agreed. Zachary brags a little too much, but with a combo of good home folks and the BR flight, it is a recipe for success. And I would shut my stupid mouth if I am Lael.

If you go check the councilman's facebook page he and his followers have resorted to calling any black person asking questions (NOTE: asking questions not quite outright dissent) Toms and Sambos. He has started calling himself Moses. It's a little surreal.

Yeah, it is insane. I bet Middle Class and above black people in Zachary are so mad at this guy. They obviously cannot say anything to him because it is known you will get called Uncle Tom if you do.
They have the #1 school to send their kids to and this guy is screwing it up because he is mad at Facebook hashtags.

There is a HS coach in the Houston area who was a member of my gym with the name Dougald McDougald. So I guess for some people they just say frick it when giving their child a first name.

I mean, I can't really blame Gravy Jr for doing this *if* he is hearing from students that there were others and he thinks that Zachary is more focused on minimizing bad PR than anything else.
I just think it's dangerous to presume rumors to be true without evidence. He should act in good faith and show redacted evidence of some sort before trying to ruin peoples' careers based on conjecture.
The teacher in question is not a football coach, so she will never teach again.

Lol you think if he had evidence he wouldn't have already put it out? You think he cares about redaction or identities? He disclosed some sort of HPC-client relationship that he had with the minor to social media. I'm thinking HIPAA ain't a big deal to him.

1. Councilman has a problem with ZPD using sarcastic hashtags to display warrants on ZPD facebook page. Months ago.
2. School District gets info and within 20 mintues places the teacher on leave.
3. Councilman asks where were the hashtags at for this teacher - who had not been charged yet.
4. Principal writes him an email and tells him pushing his agenda by using a teacher-student sexual relationship allegation was a disgrace.
5. All hell breaks lose because the councilman doesn't like that the principal (white) told him he was wrong.
So he goes on to make up allegations that she knew for a year or something ridiculous. No proof. Got a couple of people on the bandwagon - mostly BR race agitators. And here we are. He is upset that someone (white person) told him something he did was wrong and that he shouldn't have done it.
But yeah if we make unfounded assumptions we can justify anyone's stance on anything.

Can you read? I said he should provide some sort of evidence before launching bombs like that. If there's nothing else to the story then it'll fizzle out as they always do. He may lose some credibility if it turns out to be a nothing-burger.
Unfortunately, nothing would surprise me.

This might have been the biggest mistake of the whole ordeal. Who knows? Brian (much like her mayor yesterday with Lael) seemed to react of quick to act to anger. When she did, she outed, at the time, a person that was unknown. I recall telling people that this could have been drugs or maybe said teacher was pulled over drunk. Maybe caught stealing. At the time, there were no set in stone allegations. And many of is just assumed it would get swept under the rug.
Brian's email was the first clue of "we are devastated by a woman we trusted with our kids" type rebuttal to Gravy Junior. Yeah, I am sure other people knew...but the OT couldn't muster a photo.
And then, there was jennyjones.

It was a big mistake. I am sure she was thinking they would just trade emails like two city leaders. But she was wrong and didn’t anticipate Gravy Jr being so thirsty for attention.
