Video on Facebook clearly shows him dead as can be. Don't want to link, but just search BRPD and it's the top video. Cop said she never saw him.

I almost hit someone near that very spot a few weeks ago. He just leisurely walked across Florida with no care that vehicles were going 40.

Yeah I’m not giving a shite about any pedestrian on Florida. That whole street and everything north of it could be nuked for all I care.
