Fedex out of St. Rose is the worst.

Change my mind.

We constantly have issues with packages that consist of multiple boxes and one or two boxes will show up one day and then some of the others a day or two later.

I recently ordered something that was shipped from the same place at the same time but the shipment was issued two tracking numbers. Both packages stayed together until they got to St. Rose where one package made it on to the truck for delivery and the other left in limbo.

Next day it shows that second package is on truck for delivery. Never shows up. I check tracking this morning and it says that the driver tried to deliver package at 4:45pm but business was closed. Three of us were in the office until a little after 5:00pm. Check cameras to verify and no Fedex truck shows up after we left. Now I won't be in the office today to get the package that should have been here on Wednesday. Copy and pasting this for complaint email to Fedex.

Rant over.

tl;dr
On their best day Fedex - St. Rose is no better than the USPS on their worst day!

I have some kind of issue damn near every time a package is sent to me via Fedex.

I know everyone here likes to dump on USPS, but I have much fewer issues from them than Fedex or UPS.

If you don't work there:
K. I'll keep you posted.

If you work there:
Could you please step away from Tigerdroppings and get those packages taken care of? Thanks!

My experience with them last week:

They were handling a shipment that required signature. Attempted delivery Monday - nobody home because I work. They refused to hold for pickup. I scheduled a vacation hold until Friday. They attempted redelivery Tuesday - nobody home because I work. My day off, Friday, I sat home all day - no attempted delivery. Started online chat session with FedEx, and the rep tells me the driver couldn't find my house.

"Well that's strange because he found the house twice earlier this week. Do you think he's a bad driver or a bad liar?"

Package was dropped on my porch the next business day.

I completely agree. Working in the commercial construction industry, we lean heavily on UPS and FedEx. UPS gives us two dropoff/pickups per day, you can set your watch to it. FedEx usually shows up to our office late in the afternoon around 4 pm, when it does me or my customers no good for that day. And we aren't really that far from their facility.

Same here.
UPS is here everyday at the same time like clock work. He will pickup anything we have thats going out or they will pickup at the end of the day if we ship out something after he has passed. The guy is nice and respectful.

Fedex guy comes across like he hates his job. Barely says a word to us if at all.

Its gotta be the culture in the work place.

Ground shipments?

If yes, you’re SOL. They don’t have a delivery guarantee other than a 3-5 day window. They get what they can on their truck and get done within a certain period of time, and go home.

So......

The secretary checks the cameras to see if FedEx passed at all yesterday and sure enough he was across the street making a delivery at 4:45pm while we were in the office but he never came into our driveway.

I'm pretty pissy about it now.

Does one of these packages look like yours?

If you’re expecting a package from FedEx, it may be a little late.

Two FedEx delivery trucks collided Monday on Interstate 75 in Georgia. Photos from the scene show packages spilled out across the busy roadway.

“Uh-oh! Expecting a package from FedEx? Might be late. Two FedEx trucks have sideswiped each other on I-75 Southbound near Barrett Pkwy in Cobb. Packages are spilled everywhere on the side of the road,” Georgia Highway Patrol said.

Sounds like FedEx hired the same drivers Amazon in Baton Rouge did

Probably forgot to make the stop. Then got back to the warehouse or a few stops down the route and said “f-it...”
