Having the same issue with our business. After speaking with someone from Fedex support, our package went from being held at the St Rose location, to dropped off at two different FedEx pickup locations, to it is now lost. The updated tracking delivery just list the order as pending.

I’m in the same boat. I’d be happy to drive to the warehouse to pick up my package

Fedex is a mess across the board. Last 2 things i ordered that were delivered from Fedex, were both 1 week later than the delivery date. It ships out, lands in olive branch, MS then sits for 4 days before they decide to do anything with it.

The only way to get any resolution with FedEx is too continue to call the trace department. I had a package shipped pre Ida held up and it finally arrived last week. I would suggest using UPS as there stuff is 1-2 days behind and Fed Ex is 2-3 weeks behind. Also FedEx refused to give any money back on a First Overnight shipment delivered 3 weeks late. F U Fed Ex.

Why did the retailers use fedex post storm when they likely should have been made aware of these delivery disruptions in this area ? I’m waiting on three different packages that are tied up with fedex for stuff ordered last week.

Most retailers have discounts going with one shipper or another, and honestly don't care if something is a few days late if it's saving them money.

Customer service has crashed lately, and they can blame COVID for it.

My item is showing: "Baton Rouge - transit". For 4 days now.

I would go pick it up, if I felt they were competent enough to send it to their retail stores, but I'm afraid it would just delay it even more.

FedEx is worse than the USPS! Who would've thought!

Go to any gas station nearby on Airline. The truck drivers go to fill up. After you see the class of drivers you will understand. Ghetto fabulous to say the least

They have been having my new patio furniture since September 9. Called every number for FedEx I could find and not a single person has any idea of what’s going on. I offered to pick it up and they can’t even tell me a time when someone would be there.

There are 1-3 week delays. Damage to facility and not enough workers.

If anyone needs it. This is the address and number of the fed ex facility in BR off Siegen lane. I’ve driven there twice in the last few weeks to pick up packages that were insanely delayed.

I'm already waiting for 3 Fed Ex packages that have been showing to be in Baton Rouge for 9 days now yet their custom service reps can't seem to pinpoint where the packages actually are at the moment.

I ordered some shirts 2 days ago. Got the tracking information email this evening. My reaction when I saw it was shipped Fed Ex......

It’s very convenient to know the people who are going to be resistant. It makes it very easy to put up barriers for them to access services. The trick is to figure out how to block them from purchasing goods online. It is probably far easier to impede the delivery than the order.
