It's an entirely political decision from our friends in the federal government.

So much for "right to try". frick this current administration.

The authorization reversal comes weeks after Florida secured 15,000 doses of monoclonal treatment. DeSantis has regularly advocated for the use of monoclonal antibodies to help residents treat COVID-19 over the emphasis on vaccines.
Florida had requested 30,000 doses and is given just half. Some one remind me how a government run single payer is not going to ration care and not use healthcare to punish their opponents?
So much for healthcare is a right.

The healthcare they want you to have is a right.

“Science” has been denying therapeutics the whole time.
It’s evil.
Look the anti-early treatment brigade has an all out war against early treatment. I mean, you mention the word "ivermectin" and it causes the anti-early treatment brigade to go into social media apoplexies all for a harmless drug that does not work and is the equivalent to a sugar pill (in their minds).
Imagine the resources promulgated through the anti-early treatment brigade via legacy media and the U.S. federal government for a medication they think does not work.
These people are fricking retarded.
FWIW the anti-early treatment brigade began in earnest on March 19, 2020 when President Trump said the following three letters, HCQ. Just mentioning that for historical reference.

They were fine with the monoclonal antibodies until it was discovered that they were ineffective against the omicron variant.

Regeneron works against alpha and delta. Sotrovimab works against alpha, delta and omicron.

Neither is the vaccine. Also, it is still very effective against Delta which is still prominent and dangerous, especially toward the older population.

So they're shutting down all clinics across the country? Or just Florida? If it's just Florida, why?

FDA closes monoclonal antibody clinics in Florida
But it was beyond their capacity to close the pill mills that created and made billions off of the opioid pandemic.
The FDA's credibility is right up there with the FBI. Both of which I trust less than a fart after drinking the water down in old Mexico.

Don’t know about the rest of the country, but in Louisiana at least, federal allocations for monoclonal antibodies were paused because of the discovery of its ineffectiveness against omicron.

For those stupid enough to want government controlled healthcare, this shite is exactly what you’ll get.
As for this move, it’s purely political. Biden and the leftists in Washington do not like that Florida is doing good, far better than the blue star soon fact, despite having among the oldest population in the nation. Florida’s success goes against the Party narrative so Florida must be made to suffer. Hope those here who voted for this bullshite are happy.

But have they closed the clinics like they are in Florida? If not, why is Florida being closed but not Louisiana?

If it is confirmed that you have omicron it makes no sense to administer Regeneron. It makes total sense to administer Sotrovimab especially if you fall within the high risk group.

Why is our federal government ever trying to get involved with blocking medical treatments?
Whether or not you think they work, government has no authority to stop it.
Do they outlaw accupunture? Do they outlaw chiropractors?
Many think these are useless "medical" remedies.

There is still at least one monoclonal antibody treatment that’s been proven effective. Instead of focusing on pumping out massive amounts of this one treatment they’re shutting them all down. This move is either (a) grossly stupid or (b) pure fricking evil. Take your pick.

Is omicron the only variant around? Is there a quick test that can identify which variant you have? Would issuing the treatment to someone with omicron have any adverse effects on them?

It's the latest by GSK, Sotrovimab.
Looking back if the federal government put the resources into monoclonals as they did into vaccines, deaths and hospitalizations from covid would have been much lower than now. Florida is a good example. They have one the highest risk populations in the world. A lot of old people live in Florida. They rank in the middle of the pack in terms of hospitalizations per capita among all states.
