Like they did with the owner that let them in an took him off in an unmarked police car? Like that you mean?
Only to momentarily later announce that the scene had been released prior?
This whole thing is a mess. Personally I think someone in the FBI fricked up either inadvertantly (incompetence) or on purpose (conspiracy as FT postulated). Clearly the scene wasn't cleared properly.

Kind of felt sorry for him. He didn't look like he really understood what was going on.....and now he's probably in pretty serious trouble.

And I think you're delusional. You can't honestly believe that all those pieces of paper left behind were read through to determine if anything of use was in them... in less than 48 hours that entire scene was adequately processed for information.
Delusional...maybe. However, I've been saying this was terrorist related from the beginning and am willing to make conclusions. I just think they could've found their smoking gun and scouring the place has a limited economies of scale. That is a third option.

yep, poor little scapegoat.
this has been a complete clusterfrick and the only person arrested and blamed is the senile old frick who kept asking 'whats going on?'

Didn't the head of FBI state earlier ( Not guy in SB but guy in Washington) say that they do not suspect this was part of a larger cell?
That also brings me to point out how he was being closely guarded by Loretta Lynch

Why would the FBI need to take shredded documents, passports, computers, cellphones etc when they are merely investigating another senseless workplace violence incident?

Until forced to do so when it becomes painfully obvious that:
1)Very little forensic evidence was collected on the scene
2)when the media shows the world bomb making stew and lists of evidence collected for all the world to see, its not "workplace violence".

They could've pulled DNA off the toothbrushes.
BREAKING NEWs: DNA from Farook and Malik was found on his Toothbrush. Those sick fricks shared toothbrushes. Filthy.

Why would pictures be evidence? Shows him with friends? The mother fricker lived here all his life!? Im sure they know exactly who his friends are without using pictures from 8 fricking years ago.

Maybe you didn't catch the photos of his wife? The one from Pakistan?

Is that a printer on the floor? I thought you are able to recover copies of everything a printer has ever printed? Wouldn't that be something they might want to take? Also doesn't each printer leave a "signature" on every piece of paper it has printed? It almost looks a printer/scanner/fax which means they could recover all scans and faxes as well. Great job LE!

in a case of a suspected sleeper cell, this is probably important information.

from the comments made and the general disarray surrounding this incident, it doesn't appear so
