FBI says it released shooters' apartment back to owner
According to FBI spokeswoman Lourdes Arocho, the FBI had concluded its investigation at the property.
“When we finish our searches we release the property back to the owner,” she said.
This is so fricked up on every level. Shocking incompetence.
ETA- its worth repeating.

FBI on the CNN press conference said they released the home last night.

In the 1-minute interview clip - The landlord seems focused on assessing the condition of the property - looking for changes/damages like he's determining if anybody's getting part of the deposit back...and he's got potential tennants all lined up.

Twitter: "inside San Bernardino apartment" A lot of local media bashing the national media for going in and being "in the know" when it was suspiciously abandoned and opened after being linked to ISIS.

So, that call was made last night, and the press was tipped off this morning.
Zero chance that all evidence and intelligence was exploited from this. If they left bomb making supplies and ammo, they didn't even render it safe, much less cleared of evidence.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and call "bullshite."

to be sure there weren't booby traps, wouldnt they pretty much have to tear the place down?
i saw about 5 billion places bombs could have been hidden in the few minutes of footage.
i guess because they went into the attic from the closet and looked around that means the place is 100% free of explosives.

Agencies are finally coming out and calling it terrorism... and all of the evidence gets destroyed at the same time. Odd.

When a plane crashes, they fill warehouses full of bits and pieces while investigating. All that paperwork left sitting around has no investigative value or use in finding possible collaborators? This is beyond nuts.

Yeah. I'm not seeing this as a coincidence. And I'm not normally prone to conspiracies.

An explosion taking place would have been poetic justice

How long did it take to clear the James whatever guy in Colorado's apartment?
Posted on 12/4/15 at 1:40 pm to CAD703X
Every one of those reporters and the landlord are obstructing an investigation.

This came from the White House who is dead set on not allowing this to be called terrorism. Look at the Benghazi cover up. Now you all see how it works.
Literally everything in that house should be scanned for fingerprints. There is so much evidence left in there. This was not over.
