You're right. It wasn't an accident. They shot him on purpose when he disobeyed orders and charged at police.
I heard he had his hands up and was shot in the face. A lot different than beating the shite out of a cop.

Members of his own group that were there and witnessed everything said what I told you. I don't know where you got anything about him beating up a cop. They beat him up with their bullets.

You said he "charged at police", but the ABC news article I linked on the previous page said the following:
I just don't see the rush to dismantle/remove these guys unless the government is truly nervous about something. But they're in the middle of no where, no hostages, not stopping traffic or commerce.... I just don't see the need to rush this situation right now.

"LaVoy's hands were in the air and he was shot in the face. Ammon Bundy reported there were six witnesses," according to a Facebook message posted by the group LaVoy Finicum's Stand For Freedom.

Has the FBI begun playing Achy Breaky Heart on repeat yet?

The main fishy thing right now is the one "militant" who posted a video claiming that the guy rushed police before he was shot. Something just seemed off and "too neat" about his story, and people who followed this closely are claiming they didn't even know about this guy before the video.
All that said, I still don't know why, if the Feds were out to end this violently, only the one guy got killed.
There's audio of a young girl who claims she was in the car, and she's talking about a hail of bullets, and her description makes it sound like it was an attempted murder of everyone in the vehicles.
But if that's so, why only one dead? And not the main guy, at that?

Sure, I understand that but that's what one of the Big 3 news organizations used in their story.

You think King Bam Bam wants to end his Presidency with a new-age David Koresh incident?

Supporting and questioning the governments hasty actions are two different things. There's literally no rush to solve this shite. David Koresh was raping young kids and holding hostages, and even many say that was hasty actions by the government. This is rednecks in the sticks.

Apparently the guy that was killed was the spokesman for the group, probably not an accident that they killed the "voice" of the group. He had 11 kids:
He also had foster kids taken away from them because he was using them as free child labor on his farm.

I posted an article in this thread that actually has video from people that were there and they said he tried to run and hit a snowbank then turned around and charged the feds so they took him out. You can find it in this thread if you wish.
Of course the Bundys are going to say otherwise and make him a martyr.

Id like to read more about this. I work the hell out of my kids and don't consider them free labor. Instead id like to think they are learning responsibility and good work ethic

I am sure the rules are way more strict on how far you can push your own kids vs foster kids. Also, as was previously mentioned, not all of his 11 kids paint him as a good father either.

Again, not arguing it just curious what the accusations were

I really don't know. I don't think it will ever go down like that again. They won't be so brazen, and it will appear justified.

Like the federal govt protecting a scared, and normally quiet Oregon town from big, bad, scary militia men

People are going to see it through whatever filters they choose, truth be damned ... If it's ever known.
I've got sympathies with people protesting federal land management in the West. I'm not convinced the Bundies should be the figureheads

They weren't eye-witnesses to the shooting. Or were they?
