I saw that also. He basically said they have him in custody. And that someone close to him turned him in.

I tuned in late...did he say or insinuate it was the same person that is in the photos released by ATF, etc or just "a suspect"?

He didn’t give details. Just that a minister and family members turned him in. Did not say a word about the photos or anything. The Fox crew was caught off guard. They may have not wanted to release that yet.
