God bless that child and her mother.

I can’t imagine how sick someone must be to harm a child.

The world needs a whole bunch of real Dexter's.

I believe there's a special pit in the bottom of hell for people who harm children like this. A healthy happy 2 year old child is the most beautiful thing in the world.

I couldn't agree more. There's simply no level of rehabilitation which could make up for that (and anyone capable of doing that sort of heinous crime to such a young child is likely to not be able to be rehabilitated). They would make a far better bad example after being taken out by a firing squad than they ever could doing some bullshite apology tour.
