Father and Son come out as Transgender

Cliffs for TLDR
Seemingly normal couple with three kids, all boys. First the middle child (11) comes out as transgender, all your typical difficulties are described and two years later the husband comes out as transgender. So by the end we go to 40% trans, 20% gay, and 40% normal (for now). They go on to talk about how they live happily ever after.
Do you consider this hereditary or an extremely fricked up family situation?

None of this shite is hereditary. It's a serious mental illness that America celebrates and extols as bravery when in fact these people should be given mental health care.

It's not normal or a mental illness. It's nurture over nature.
ETA: there's a very strong correlation between homosexuality and those with older male siblings. The more older brothers you have, the more frequent the occurrence of homosexuality.
