Actually, I do know. Like I said earlier, it's been on the news up here all day. In past incidents, the man has shot out the neighbor's windows with a bb gun and smeared their vehicles with his dog's feces. The neighbors whose home he tried to enter are an elderly interracial couple, a black man and a white woman. The younger black guy in the video is a neighbor who intervened. He has also previously harassed another neighbor, an older black woman. There's been a pattern (going back years) of him getting drunk and doing dumb harassing shite to his black and mixed couple neighbors. Again, what, in your opinion, did the neighbors do that make them the aggressors?

I got in a yelling match with a neighbor a few years ago who was blasting music. (Irish dude)

Did they say what started the thing, or is this guy just a known lunatic who goes around yelling at people randomly?
