the people that go 10 under just because you're a cop and they get all paranoid because you're behind them.
These are just as dangerous.

Texas drivers are the worst I've ever seen about riding in the fast lane
Absolutely! I drive between BR and NO daily and 9 times out of 10 when there is a string of cars in the left lane, it's a Texas vehicle holding everyone up.

I give zero fricks about driving slow in the fast lane. I work my arse off every day and pay taxes so we can ALL have decent roads. Statistics tell me that there is about a 48% chance that the person riding my bumper doesn't work or contribute anything to society so I usually tap my brakes even more. Sorry if you're collateral damage.
You need a ticket and to have your driver's license revoked.

I stay in the "slow lane" every afternoon on my way home from work because it is actually quicker during rush hour in Birmingham than trying to use the passing lane. By this I mean there are stretches where you can go for 2-3 miles with no one in the "slow lane" while the passing lane is completely stopped. Apparently I live in a metro area almost completely populated by slow-moving drivers who hog the passing lane.
I will never understand this about Birmingham drivers. There is a reason I live as close to work as possible.

Hell I even had someone try to cut me off when I tried to pass him. He hadn't noticed the speed limit sign as we'd left town and was doing 10 mph under the new limit and thought it was his civic duty to slow me down.
Gotta love it when clueless drivers want to play LEO.

I used to go to Delgado from the Westbank every morning. And I'd stay in the lane all the way to the left. I'd fly past traffic but I'd have to be careful because the dumbasses in traffic would occasionally blindly pull out in front of me because they see us moving fast. Causing me to slam on my breaks and sometimes I'd have to pull on the shoulder to avoid hitting them. It's scary how oblivious people are driving a 4,000 chunk of metal at high speeds and how oblivious they are to other vehicles too. It's only a matter of time where some dumbass doesn't give me enough time to avoid their stupidity. That'll be the day I unleash all these years of built of frustration and road rage.

I work 7-3 and go to school 4-8. And I have to catch a ferry. If I miss it, I'm not gonna get home till after 9:30. So I do speed. Not excessively. But apparently some assclown didn't like it so he pulled out in front of me (literally no one behind me for atleast a half a mile) and proceeded to do 40 in a 55. And all the ferry traffic was coming in the other lane. So I passed his arse up using the shoulder. And as I passed, I was flicking him off.
I pulled up right as they were closing the gate for the ferry and they let me on

I'm ugly, it sometimes takes me a few sentences of conversation for them to flash me.

In my experience, people ride my arse for miles so they can flip through their cellphone or dig through their purse, all the while passing up opportunities to pass.
Then, when 1) two lanes go down to only one or 2) both or all lanes are packed with cars...
THEN and only THEN do they pull their head out of their arse and decide they want to pass.
Well too late, MOFO, you missed your chance.
Then they get mad and start tailgating the shite out of you (even if you're in the right-hand lane) and weaving back and forth.
When they get ahead of you, it's back to the cellphone and daydreaming.
It's really funny to see someone driving a Dodge Charger or a Mustang who can't drive worth a shite. Give that fricker some gas and get the hell away from me.
