Eh. Standard protocol is to sue everybody and let the judge figure it out.

If that's how it all actually went down, then hopefully the judge throws this bullshite out and orders the plaintiffs to pay the defendant's legal expenses. How are you gonna try to claim Fred's was responsible when the alleged "victim" is the one who instigated the fight not once, but twice before he finally fricked around enough and found out.

I tell my sons not to get in fights, but if they do, go fight in the grass away from any large tree roots. Probably not your typical mom advice, but I’ve lived long enough to see that it ain’t the fight that kills you or sends you to jail. It’s the pavement.

Hard to want to own any business knowing these ambulance chasing cockroaches are waiting in the wings for any sliver of an opportunity. When did we become a society of having to assign blame on every single little thing. Why is it the bars fault this guy wanted to fight?

My step father used to like to hit me. My mother in the background begging not to retaliate. I grabbed the poker iron and knocked him out. Never hit me again. Both pieces of shite are dead.
