Black people always cry about supposed white privilege... but a stupid fluffy character doesn't hug their kids at an amusement park and they think they are entitled to $25 million.

Sesame will likely settle this claim, so it's an easy payday for the lawyer and the family.

And that’s why it’s $125 p/p to go to Sea World. Not the tremendous overhead, the Orcas & the Sea life, but the frivolous actions of other supposedly human beings and the Indemnity clauses they incur.

At a point, the costumed characters go away if it ends up being a drag on profits rather than a selling point to go to the park.

This is where they always frick up. It's exactly the type of comment the race-baiting attorney will latch his teeth onto. "If it wasn't racially motivated, why would you feel the need to 'promise equity training for your employees' after it happened".

When will they learn that you can't negotiate with terrorists?

This is a good thing. Financial pain is the only way companies will start getting away from the progressive BS.

If these "apologies" become ammunition for attorneys like this guy, maybe they'll stop issuing them and start using common sense.

How would you even prove discrimination in court? What if the person in the costume is black? I hope Sesame Street doesn't settle, surely their legal team knows this should be an easy win.

I bet they will settle for less than $1 million just to make it go away. They have been extorted at this point. My prediction: $350k

They'll settle for $4 million. Lawyer gets 3. A few Escalades later and they'll be right back where they started from.

So in your moronic world, the lawyer will get 75% ? I guess you couldn't make your point if you admit they would get close to 3 (in your scenario)

Idiot

Give the guy a break.

Only in our moronic "racist" country does crap like this happen. What a joke Progressives are turning our society into.

How can they assume the WORKERS in the costumes were not BLACK? That assumption is racist in itself.

That's one view.

Another is that through settlements all her life she will be a millionaire.

Still a failure?

1) Doubt they actually get millions
2) The types of people who would sue over this aren't going to hold on to that money very long anyway

So yeah, still a failure

I say this about thieves, but it also applies here:

When you’re not smart enough to support yourself, steal from those who are..
