Charleston is another good example of why companies should have to carry special insurance for blacks.
If they don’t hire him, it’s discrimination = $$

I highly doubt the family came up with the idea to sue. I think it's more likely that some lawyer saw the videos on the internet and contacted them about filing a suit.
Sesame will likely settle this claim, so it's an easy payday for the lawyer and the family.

If it is determined that no racism was at play here then SeaWorld should be able to counter sue for the same amount. Not that they would ever collect but there should be some pain for people filing frivolous lawsuits.

Our "great experiment" of throwing a bunch of distinctly different groups together on one landmass is failing. This should be no surprise. Humans are warring animals at their core, unfortunately, and by nature want to associate with their own kind. We could have (and still might be able to) overcome this, but unfortunately peddling in racist struggle, real or imagined, is profitable politically - and in cases like this one - financially.

Nothing white people do is going to change that culture of laziness, lack of accountability, and perpetual victimhood. The only way blacks are going to advance is to look in the mirror and hold themselves accountable for their reputation. shite like this will only further the divide.
