People faking hate crimes should be charged with a hate crime. They plan and carry out (usually very poorly) these fake crimes and get attention for themselves while burning up police resources.

At the very least they should have to pay a huge fine and then also pay for the man-hours involved. Can you imagine how much this guys shenanigans coat the taxpayers? Probably thousands of man hours chasing down his hoax.

Yup. But just like blacks cant be racist they cant get charged with hate crimes. I think hate crimes being only for white men is in the law...
