UN Assenbly filmed by hidden cam after being told to turn off all recording devices where speaker talks about first contact.
This is the craft she speaks of at the UN, this was filmed from at least 3 different cell phone perspectives that morning, at 4:07am
She mentions this exact radio burst that the UFO matched, this burst was reported a few weeks ago 1.5 billion light years away
This is her facebook, her name is Aliya Prokofveva
