Its from an Italian film called Ultime grida dalla savana, which was basically an Italian Faces of Death.
Many of the scenes were accused of being staged.
The man being mauled by the lions is named Pit Dernitz. A google search only references the scenes from this movie.
The lion attack on Pit Dernitz is also suspected of being a fabrication by film historians.

That’s interesting. It definitely had a Faces of Death sort of feel to it with the narration and the edits/cuts and whatnot.

Also, why is there a camera set up just to capture that small area? That is not a surveillance camera with a wide angle look at the entire room.
Why is the TV on if nothing is being played. It's on some kind of home screen.

Plus, she hit the TV long before she looked anywhere near his face. Are we supposed to believe she panicked because he was wearing a mask that she didn't even see?
