So, they piled 16 (by my quick count anyway) into a boat at a dock to take a photo. So what? Do the whiners realize that there was probably the same amount of danger if all of those people were standing on the dock but yet no "rules" were broken? People like the ones complaining are such hypocrites. I guess if they are out in a boat (obeying all of the rules) and they need to take a piss, they're going to ride all the way back to the dock and use the public facility there, right?

If they brought that many people on a single boat, it's not great. Driver seeming to have a beer isn't great, but is the boat even moving?

1. Boat is clearly not moving
2. We don't know if they're tied to a dock or another boat, thus explaining the amount of people
3. We don't know that's a beer in the guy's hand sitting in the drivers seat (which does not make him a "Driver")
4. We don't know how many life jackets they have
5. People have way too much time on their hands if they're on facebook complaining about this.
