It is truly amazing how worthless you are as a poster.
Now, for this thread, as a Chemist, I highly recommend everyone in your family take the Cadmium supplement in high doses. Really helps brain function. Make sure the dose is greater than 200 ppm to get full benefit

You wanna lose weight? Eat less and exercise.
Actually far less about working out and more about what you eat.

Obviously I know this. I was not referring to empty calories like soda, candy, chips, etc. These are typically not part of a diet program, which is what we are talking about.
I meant in terms of actual food, with dietary and nutritional benefits (Chicken, rice, veggies, etc.) 3000 calories worth of Coke is not going to be very beneficial to your health or weight loss even if you burn 3500.

Assuming all calories are the same, which they aren't.
I wasn't assuming that. Since we are talking about dieting, I was not referring to empty calories, as those are not typically a part of any diet plan.

There was a bodybuilding supplement that was huge in the late eighties around the same time as cybergenics. The big rumor was that it contained steroids.

Absolutely. You can't out-exercise a bad diet. What makes more sense? Not eating those 4 oreos...or running 30 minutes to burn them?
But back on point, frick Paul Allen right in his pussy.

Ultimate Orange was one of the first pre-workouts from the 80's it was thought to contain Steroids since it was created by Godfather of Deca Dan Duchaine.
