Faces of Meth - Albany Edition

Ole FCP happened to drive through the sprawling metropolis of Albany, LA this PM and noticed a LOT of “meth faces” wandering around the streets. Spent about 10 minutes around the Hwy 190 Exxon and saw at least a half dozen youngish females with the characteristic sunken mouths and scars.
Thought the meth epidemic had died down nationally, so is Albany behind the times, or is it getting worse out there?
Not that anyone would want pics, this is the kind of thing that was on display. IWNHI, except maybe with a car.

I once had a life to where my best friends, who I grew up with were my bandmates and basically brothers.
Every single one is either in prison now or dead and it's always involving methamphetamine. No one wanted to listen to me or care enough.
Wish I had people I could talk to about the old days. But it would have to be visiting to people who dont remember, or to gravestones. And I've done both.

The place out on the west side still had a line outside when I passed there this evening. Guess the dining room may have been closed, but it was still a parking lot full of cars.

no. Erdeys is where it always has been. They have a newer one not far from it but it might be closed now. Perfect hang out for you.
