How many crackers do they have at that facility. I've never seen a refinery that didn't have multiple crackers.

Turnarounds are planned years in advance. You don't just decide to shut down for maintenance and you can't shift the shutdown dates easily once planned.

Probably some reporter called some plant baw and got a hold of what he thinks is some inside info. Reporter doesn't know his a-hole from his elbow, but wants to make it a story.

Correct.
Now the incident at Marathon last week may have a small issue to refining capacity, but most all of these kind of things are planned

This is always planned well in advance like multiple months to years.
Federal and state regulations have to be met.

Some places do move turnarounds up or back by as much as 6 months. It just depends on planning, materials and manpower. Pushing back is more common though.
