I’m looking for a company who will create a 3D model to help plan out my property layout.

Example: house location, shop, driveway, pool, pond, etc.

I’m looking for different combinations of layouts to see what fits best with my property.

Just find an LSU student and have them download Autodesk Revit onto your computer. Then, follow the directions on LINDA to learn how to use it.

Google Sketchup is free and easy to learn.

You can always find an architecture student for some freelancing weekend work.

haha wow I would much rather pay someone to do draw that up for me. I’m not looking for in detail architect type plans. I’m trying to get started on my property and me and the ole lady can’t agree on the layout of all the major stuff.

It's called an architect.
Not so subtle brag bro.
We are very impressed.

As others have said, go sketchup. If you’re in southern Louisiana, it’s even easier as you can ignore topography. You can import google earth imagery to help you get started on scale. It’s the easiest 3D visualization program to learn.
