lets assume he isnt an alter, boo krewe exhibits this perfectly
he is out of shape, fat, unfunny, broke, has no social skills, and is black but he wants to go out with the cream of the crop white sorority girl. thats not happening. just being black probably knocks off 80-90% of the white sorority girls. add in being fat, unfunny, and broke and you just wiped out the remaining girls.
you can cure being out of shape and fat. you can somewhat cure being broke and having no social skills. i dont think you can cure being unfunny and you definitely cant make yourself not black. lose weight, get in shape, and lose the woe is me attitude and lofty expectations and anyone can get a reasonable looking girl

im trying to lose weight. Im not complete awkward, just not charming ( maybe boring).
how and where can I meet women? my social circle is stagnant. people are cliquish in this town. atleast in school, it was easier. i also look more Indian then black.

You're a troll, so I'm not sure why I'm answering this, but plenty of breweries and coffee shops are doing free yoga and trivia, there are meet up groups constantly being created, join a co-rec sports league (kickball is my personal favorite), just start doing new shite constantly. Even if you don't end up meeting people, it gives you more life experience. The times I've been the big dick in the room heavily skew to when I travel by myself and hit breweries where I travel. It blows people's minds that individuals can just go places, airbnb, and walk around exploring.

well thats good on the weight thing. you dont need to be charming to do what youre talking about. just being able to talk to a woman without creeping them out or sounding desperate will do wonders for anyone.

Being black is not a barrier to dating hot lsu greek life style girls as long as you're in good shape. I know a lot of brothers who aren't rich nor are they D-1 athletes that are dating attractive basic white girls. They are in great shape, have really fun personalities, assertive, and take charge in most any situation. You may be at a disadvantage being Indian (South Asian and East Asian males typically rank the lowest in attractiveness in surveys of who American women find attractive), but not at a disability. Attitude can overcome most any deficiency. Just remember, the worse your looks, the better your personality probably has to be to bridge the gap.
No man can't be that guy in time. You just have to WANT to be that guy and allow yourself to BECOME that guy! Work on yourself. Learn jokes and icebreakers. Learn body language and critique yourself in the mirror until you get it right. Watch Denzel movies and try to copy his mannerisms and body language.
See, while some women can tell the guys who are just pretending to be confident apart from the ones who really are, most can't. That's why idiots who are clearly over-compensating still get chicks. You CAN, in fact "fake it 'till you make it". When you pretend to be confident, you learn how to project the body language of a confident man, then women will respond to you like they would if you were confident. Those positive interactions will raise your confidence for real.
So, in summation: bust your arse working out and eating a little better to get in great shape, copy Denzel's non-verbal communication, learn some jokes on the internet (women love when guys tell puns for some reason, even if they say they hate them), and start pretending you're confident when in public.
