AP is 100% not going back to virtual or A/B days. They will continue as normal after Thanksgiving break. They are preparing for all the LEAP tests that start after break.

Again, AP is 100% absolutely not going back to virtual or A/B days.

Bur Nature Boy heard that AP Admins are already preparing for Phase 2

Schools were not closed in phase 2. Why close them now?

Schools shouldn’t shut down or go back to 2 days a week, high school wasn’t that bad with the chrome books and virtual learning but that definitely wasn’t the case with kids in primary school.

Apparently this is true. Administrators are at a meeting this evening regarding this.

There’s really no metric that should be indicating more restrictions.

People are spreading rumors like this and are going to speak it into existence.

Both of my kids (AP) have been sent home for 2 weeks for quarantine.

My daughter got "quarantined" due to someone in the class getting a positive test. We found out that one of her friends in the neighborhood, who rides the bus and is in the same class, didn't get "quarantined".
Not sure the rhyme or reason in how they choose who does and who doesn't. First virtual day was Monday. No one logged onto the virtual class, not even the teacher.

It won’t really matter if most of the kids are “point of contacted”

Mine was today, and I’d rather him just do the virtual/attend schedule at this point.

Jbe is about to shut down high schools from Thanksgiving-Jan

It's likely going to happen, it's not about the students, it's about the massive amounts of staff quarantined from positives and contact tracing.

High school sports has made this an issue. Which is why it's going to happen.

Look at michigan, we are about to follow suit

Don't shoot the messenger

They won't have a choice, most likely, high schools are going to be shutdown from a state level.

Also, kiss LEAP goodbye, again.
